Out-Of-Stock-Items
The Candle Maker's Supplies updates the product database every week. With over hundreds of products to keep track of, it is quite a challenge to keep up with items going out of stock.

If an item turns out to be out of stock, we do back order. Sometimes a manufacturer will give us an date. We find it best to not include the item on your invoice or if you were already charged for the item, we can issue a credit to your account. Please let us know what you would like to do.

Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. We're always happy to combined shipping to save your costs! Please request and wait for a combined invoice before checking out or making payment. Insurance is optional and at the buyer's expense.

Payments

Payment Method: PayPal (Preferred) Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check (Orders paid by check are held 7 days for payment to clear). All payments due within 3 days of the closing date of auction.

RETURN POLICY

1) We offer a full refund for resalable goods. Refund does not include any shipping charges.

2) A partial refund might be given, if some of the oil has been used for testing. Refund amount will be determined based on amount used. Refund does not include any shipping charges.

3) Full refund, including shipping, will be given for any damaged item in transit.

If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified via email within 7days of receipt. : Please contact us to let us know the reason for the return.
Replacements are subject to availability. If an exact replacement is not available, we may be able to find a suitable replacement.

Email Policy
I get a lot of emails every day, its really hard for me to reply to every single one promptly. This doesnt mean I am ignoring you individually, or that I havent read your email. Quite often I have looked into your question and havent gotten back to you yet. Sometimes I do not get emails, and sometimes people with spam blockers dont get emails from my yahoo address. Please dont be upset if I dont answer your email right away, I am not avoiding you! I just want to give the best answer possible, and sometimes I dont get emails. Sometimes I simply cannot get to the computer, or have full-day engagements I need to attend. Thank You.
